I like...

Chocolate Cake.  Or, more correctly, five minute chocolate cake.  Five minute chocolate cake that you don't have to share!

Haha :P

I found this, made it, and decided to share it today.

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

This was from the Group Recipes website  :]
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

1. Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
2. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
3. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
4. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake may rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
5. EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous)

Surprisingly, I got it off Facebook on this page here, but it is also (same recipe, there are probably variations to it as well) on a recipe website here.

I love chocolate.  This cake is a darkish, rich chocolate (according to my sister) but I think it's amazingly perfect.  And it really doesn't take that long to make!  (Or eat :P)
